We expect the watches we sell to last for many years, and so we keep your information for 5 years so that we can assist you with any after-sales questions. We do not have access to your payment details – they are processed by our payment provider or finance partner.
Sell a watch
We collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and proof of your identity to process your sale, and for our legitimate interest in having confidence in the provenance of the item you have sold. We will only share this information with the police if they are investigating an alleged crime.
Express interest in buying or selling a watch
We collect your name, email address and telephone number if you complete our contact form or sell your watch form. We rely on your explicit consent to have this information and you can ask to have it deleted at any time.
Enroll on our mailing list
